Spring Place Beverly Hills offers members a unique environment where theycan work, dine, entertain, and host events. Tailored to the entertainment, fashion, business, and arts industries, this space has already become a favorite among notable figures like supermodels Irina Shayk, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, and Alessandra Ambrosio, as well as Gucci CEO Marco Bizzarri.
Following the success of its first location in New York City's TriBeCa neighborhood, which opened in 2016, this Beverly Hills club marks Spring Place's second US location. "Spring Place in Beverly Hills was designed for those who influence contemporary culture," said FrancescoCosta, co-founder of Spring Place with Alessandro Cairati Crivelli. "With LA's vibrant fashion and arts scene, Beverly Hills was the ideal choice for our second club."
The new three-story, 40,000-square-foot building, designed by Santa Monica-based Belzberg Architects in 2014, is located between the Waldorf Astoria and Peninsula hotels on Wilshire Boulevard. Its striking exterior, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and vibrant nighttime lighting, sets the stage for the elegant interiors crafted by wHY.
Inside, members will find a restaurant, a 6,500-square-foot rooftop lounge, private offices, open workspaces, phone booths, and showrooms. The design aesthetic includes light wood and pale tile floors, white walls, and mid-century furnishings. Original features by Belzberg Architects, such as a sculptural wooden staircase and a distinctive conference room, have been preserved and integrated into the new design.
The workspace includes areas with oval-shaped tables and green chairs, separated by black chests that function as dividers, and a meeting room furnished with home-like pieces, including an olive-colored sofa and armchairs. The combination of green tones and warm woods creates a cozy, inviting atmosphere, enhanced by a mix of vintage and contemporary pieces, with custom-designed furnishings by wHY.
"Our vision for Spring Place Beverly Hills was to blend east and west coast design elements with a global perspective," said wHY founding partner and creative director Kulapat Yantrasast. "We aimed for an eclectic, fun, and personal approach."
The rooftop deck, part of Belzberg's original design, features various lounge areas with green, white, and grey outdoor furniture. The covered restaurant on the roof employs darker tones like dark purple, grey, and brass to create an intimate ambiance.
Spring Place has future plans to expand to Paris, London, and Milan, bringing its unique blend of work and social spaces to a global audience.
