Park Lane Projects has completed the construction of,  a new luxury apartment complex in Beverly Hills.

The Six-story building at on Crescent drive includes 23 luxury residential units, underground parking for 48 vehicles and amenities including fitness center and a roof terrace. 

Levin-Morris Architects designed the wood-frame structure with a facade of cement plaster, natural stone, anodized aluminum panels and wood.

As the Owner’s Representative, Park Lane Projects provided full Project and Cost Management Services on the project.

The founding team are experienced consultants who set up Park Lane to build an independently owned and run consultancy practice. The Park Lane Directors have worked together for 20+ years and have a combined 80+ years of unrivalled knowledge of the construction sector.
