Associate Project Manager at Park Lane Projects, Inc. a Construction Project Management Consultancy based in Los Angeles.
Associate Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Manager in day-to-day operations of projects
- Assist in developing budgets & RFP’s
- Assist with administrative aspects of client projects
- Assist with business correspondence, agendas, proposals, meeting notes, project filing, new project setup.
- Assist in preparing project monthly invoice recommendations, General Contractor pay-apps and budget updates
- Provide Administrative support to the Project Management Team
- Preparing and distributing Project Billing/Invoice Protocols, project directories etc.
- Attend client meetings representing the company
- Calendar maintenance, meeting/event coordination, answering phone, emailing, filing, expense reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Must have at least 3 years construction managing experience/knowledge
- Significant experience working with MS Office – Must have excellent proficiency with Excel
- Strong verbal and written business communication skills (absolute requirement)
- Desire and ability to problem-solve, both individually and as part of a project team
- Ability to work both independently with minimal guidance and as part of a team
- Individually motivated
- Solid organization and time-management skills
- Attention to detail
